Strength and Stability Classes are all about keeping you doing life the way you want.

At any stage of life, being strong enough to do the things you want is crucial. As we age it only becomes more so.

Whether you want to keep hitting the waves, peddling the k’s or striding the fairways; you want your muscles to keep moving and the balance to stay right-side-up. If you find yourself needing to keep up with kids, it’s even more important to keep mobile.

Strength and Stability classes involve a range of exercises to build strength, develop or maintain balance and coordination, and add in just enough fun and friends to keep you coming back.

All exercises are adjustable, to ensure the challenge is right for you, and all classes are structured to allow you to go at your own pace.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things happen, so you can cancel anytime up until 2 hrs prior to your class and receive a credit for that class. 

To make booking fair for everyone and allow others to book, no-shows & cancellations made within 2 hours of the class will be counted as ‘late cancels’ and count as an attended class

I have gained so much from these classes. The strength, co-ordination, balance and toning are improving all the time which is such a confidence boost. Above all, makes me happy and is such a great way to exercise
